Return Policy
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are personal hygiene, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some personal care and hygiene products
We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.
Please do not return your purchase to the product manufacturer.
Circumstances where only a partial refund is possible:
- A book that shows obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has parts missing (for reasons not due to our fault).
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If your refund is approved, your amount will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or primary payment method within a few days.
Late or missing repayments
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, double-check your bank account.
- Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to process the refund.
- Next, contact your bank, as there is usually a processing period before the refund is deposited.

Discounted goods
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchange of goods
We will only exchange items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, please email us at: {email address} and send your product to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. A gift certificate will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver sent it to their own address and later gave it to you, a refund will be made to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return of the item.
Return of goods

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item and this cost is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
The length of time it may take for the replacement product to reach you will vary depending on your geographic location.
If you are returning a high-value item, you may want to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
